Digital Printing

One Off High Quality Prints

Direct to Garment (DTG)

Direct To Garment, DTG as it is commonly called, is here to stay. Denver Screen Print & Embroidery (DSPE), aka Colorado Screen Print & Embroidery, has always been known as an innovator, a trail blazer in new apparel decorating techniques. Digital Printing is full on part of our business model.

DTG digital printing isn’t a simple trend, to come then go, has become an important part of our industry. Each year that we’ve been into DTG digital printing we have seen the numbers double and realized its relevancy. Although currently, the process is still relatively slow, the end results are stunning. DTG is made for small runs of very intricate designs. The process is digital so it’s like printing a full color photograph onto a T-shirt, wherein the ink is sustainable to the fabric and normal washing! There are no screens involved, so no screen charges apply. DTG is perfect for small runs, even a single, one-off shirt. The best results come on 100% fine combed and ring-spun cotton shirts. DTG digital printing onto blends is risky and we do not take the risk, so best to stay with cotton here.

Vinyl Production

Vinyl printing is part of our digital printing program. We purchased our Roland digital vinyl printer in 2016 and are still amazed at the possibilities it provides. First of all, printing digitally can capture very intricate designs in minute detail, something embroidery cannot, even screen printing many times cannot match this technology. We’re creating a paradigm shift in decorating caps, jackets, bags, shirts in a way your art department has only dreamed of! The substrate printed onto is vinyl and there are many types, colors and thicknesses it comes in for different designs, effects and garments.
