Direct To Garment (DTG)
Direct To Garment (DTG) Printing is a new and exciting process in the garment decoration world. This process employs a printer, much like your ink-jet printer at home, to create vibrant, photorealistic designs on a wide range of garments. Using our state of the art printer we are able to produce infinite colors, strong print durability, and a soft feel. Its ease of use makes it an affordable option for smaller quantities without sacrificing design complexity.
Direct To Film (DTF)
Direct to film (DTF) printing involves printing a design onto a special film, applying and melting a powder adhesive to the printed film, and pressing the design onto the garment or merchandise.
This process produces vibrant colors similar to DTG Printing but because we can print multiple images per sheet of film this process lends its self best to smaller designs like tag, sleeve, and hat prints which are then applied using a heat press.
It can also be applied to garments and merchandise that would otherwise not fit on the DTG pallet. This is a new and exciting field of garment decoration that yields high quality, soft and vibrant prints.
